Megan utilizes an attachment based approach in therapy coming from a psychodynamic orientation, with a major focus on the relationship between client and therapist. She utilizes evidence based practices that are shown to be highly effective, along with the client’s input,  which are used to create treatment goals that ensure progress in sessions. She also believes strongly in the mind-body connection and takes a holistic approach to wellness.

Megan obtained a BA in psychology from University of South Florida. She later graduated with a masters in clinical psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
