Wellness Initiative is an IN network provider for Highmark Blue Shield of Pennsylvania and and accepts Lyra Health EAP. For other insurances, clients may choose to use their Out of Network benefits and a superbill can be provided upon request. I accept credit card, debit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) via online payment.
